摘    要:纯氧曝气复氧是治理污染河流、消除黑臭的有效工程措施之一。由于纯氧的压力高于空气中的氧分压,纯氧曝气可显著提高氧的转移速率。该文介绍了德国梅塞尔(Messer)集团开发的BIOX工艺,应用微孔软管曝气垫,可使水深5m时氧利用率高达80%。通过上海苏州河新泾港下游的应用实例和中试,结果表明,该工艺具有设备简单、运行安全可靠、维修极少、不生产任何噪声、对河水流态不生产扰动等突出优点,尤其适用于航运繁忙的

Abstract:Pure oxygen aeration for oxygen restoration is one of the effective countermeasures to clean up dark and foul water in polluted river. As pure oxygen pressure is much higher than atmospheric oxygen partial pressure, the oxygen transfer rate in oxygen aeration process is remarkably raised. In the BIOX process, which was developed by Messer group, the pure oxygen aeration mat composed with fine bubble hoses is used and the oxygen utilization rate reaches 80% at water depth of 5 meter. Through a lot of successful application cases to a pilot trial in downstream of Xinjinggang of Suzhou Creek, the results demonstrated that the outstanding features of the process are: simple equipment, safe and reliable in operation, minimum maintenance, no noise and no distribution effects on flow pattern of the river. Therefore this process is especially suitable for the river sections which flow across the urban areas that have busy traffic and tourist attractions.
