摘    要:从受甲胺磷长期污染的土壤中采取土样,经驯化富集后筛选到一株能高效降解甲胺磷的细菌B-82菌株,经初步鉴定,为施氏假单胞菌(Pseudomonas stutzeri)。菌株B-82能以甲胺磷为为施氏假单胞菌氮和磷源进行生长并将其降解为无机磷,此菌能耐受0.5%的甲胺磷。

Abstract:A strain of bacteria with the ability to degrade methamidophos was isolated from soil samples obtained in fields with frequent application of organophosphate pesticides. The strain designated as B-82 was initially identified as Pseudomonas stutzeri. The strain was able to utilize methamidophos as the sole carbon, nitrogen and phosphate sources for growth. When the strain was cultured in a mineral salt medium containing 0.05% methamidophos and incubated at 35C with shaking (150r/min) for 72h, about 71.82% of the pesticide was degraded. Among the tested metal irons, Cd2 , Zn2 , Al3 was able to inhibited its growth, while Cr6 , Pb2 , Cu2 , Ag , Co2 , Ba2 had no effect on its growth. The organism was able to degrade partially other organophosphate pesticides such as methoate, trichlorroform, dimethoate and dichlorvos.
