摘    要:研究了选择性沉淀法处理含镍氮化铁废液的工艺条件,结果表明,采用该工艺可再生三氯化铁腐蚀剂并上镍盐,Fecl3含量达44%以上,含镍量为2~4g/L,镍回收率为82%-86%,处理后出水达排放。

Abstract:Process conditions for treatment of Ni2 -containing iron chloride waste solution by selective chemical precipitation method have been studied. Iron trichloride caustic agent could be well regenerated, and nickle compounds could be recovered with this method. The experimental results showed that FeCl3 content was over 44% and Ni2 content 2 - 4g/L in the regenerated caustic agent, the recovery rate of Ni was 82% ~ 86%, and the effluent could meet the discharge standard.
