厌氧—好氧处理沤麻废水实验研究

摘    要:沤麻过程产生的废水,量大、有机物浓度高、臭味难闻。该文通过中试研究了沤林废水的处理,结果证明,上流厌氧污染麻和接触氧化工艺相结合的处理效果良好。COD去除率可达95%~97%。BOD5去除率为96%~99%,木质素却除率为75%~86%,每去除1kgCOD可产沼气0.349m^3,处理后的出水还可回用沤麻,提高出麻率,有较好的经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract:In the process of retting-flax, there is a large quantity of wastewater with bad smell and high concentrated organic substances. In this paper study on pilot test of treating retting-flax wastewater has been conducted. The result proved that the effect of the treatment by UASB combined with contact-oxidation was better. The removal rates of COD, BOD5 and lignin were up to 95%~97%, 96%-99% and 75%~86% respectively. Especially, 0.349m3 of marsh gas will be generated by removing 1kg COD, and the treated wastewater could be reused to retting-flax,which will increase the production of flax with better economic and environmental benefit.
