城市韧性与科技创新耦合协调发展研究——以成渝地区双城经济圈为例

以成渝地区双城经济圈为空间载体,运用熵值法、重心模型和修正耦合协调度模型等方法,分析了2005—2019年成渝地区双城经济圈城市韧性与科技创新的发展水平、重心变动特征及耦合协调发展水平。结果表明:①城市韧性和科技创新的发展水平均呈稳步提升态势,但整体发展水平较低。②城市韧性与科技创新的重心经历了复杂的迁移过程,且二者重心的空间叠置性显著上升,迁移方向基本趋于一致,空间耦合趋势明显。③城市韧性与科技创新的耦合协调水平稳步提升,但整体仍处于失调阶段,总体呈“成都、重庆双核高,周边低”的空间分布格局,且科技创新滞后现象日益突出。

Research on the Coordinated Development of Urban Resilience and Technological Innovation Taking Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle as an Example

Taking Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle as the spatial carrier,using entropy method,center-of-gravity model and mod ified coupling coordination model,this paper analyzed the development level,process of center-of-gravity migration and coupling characteris tics and coupling coordinated development level of urban resilience and technological innovation from 2005 to 2019.The results showed that:①The development level of urban resilience and technological innovation had both improved steadily,but the overall level of development was rel atively low.②The focus of urban resilience and technological innovation had undergone a complex migration process,and the spatial overlap of the two center-of-gravity had increased significantly,the direction of migration was basically consistent,and the trend of spatial coupling was obvious.③The coupling and coordination level of urban resilience and technological innovation had improved steadily,but the whole was still in the stage of disorder.The overall pattern showed a spatial distribution pattern of“Chengdu and Chongqing have high dual core and low sur rounding areas”,and the lagging phenomenon of technological innovation was becoming increasingly prominent.
