收入多样性对农户能源消费结构的影响——以陕南秦巴山区为例

为了识别农户能源消费结构影响因素,引导农村能源消费结构优化,基于陕南秦巴山区2020年调查数据,采用Tobit模型和Logit模型分析了收入多样性对该地区能源消费结构的影响,并根据农户生计策略的不同进行了异质性分析。结果表明:①农户能源消费结构中,商品能源占主导地位,生物质能源占重要地位,清洁能源消费则有待提高。②收入多样性对商品能源和清洁能源的消费有促进作用,对生物质能源的消费有抑制作用,且这一趋势在非农型农户家庭中更加明显。因此,政府可通过发展第二、三产业,完善并改进现有能源政策等方式实现陕南秦巴山区能源消费结构的转型升级。

Impact of Income Diversity on Peasant Households′Energy Consumption Structure--Taking Qinba Mountain Area in Southern Shaanxi Province as an Example

In order to identify the influencing factors of peasant households′energy consumption structure and guide the optimization of ru ral energy consumption structure,this paper adopted the survey data of Qinba Mountain Area in 2020 to quantitatively analyze the energy con sumption structure of peasant households.Used Tobit model and Logit model,this paper studied the impact of income diversity on energy con sumption structure,and carried out heterogeneity analysis according to difference of peasant households′livelihood strategies.The results showed that:①In the energy consumption structure of peasants in Qinba Mountain Area of Southern Shaanxi,commodity energy had occupied a domi nant position,biomass energy still played an important role,and the consumption of clean energy needed to be improved.②In the study area,income diversity had a positive driving effect on the consumption of commercial energy and clean energy,while had a negative effect on the con sumption of biomass energy.In addition,this trend was more obvious in non-agricultural peasant households.According to the study results,government could come true the transformation and upgrading of energy consumption structure by means of developing the secondary and tertiary industries,improving the energy supply system,strengthening biomass energy supervision,increasing support for clean energy.
