混凝气浮对还原深蓝BO脱色的实验研究

摘    要:实验研究了混凝气浮对还原深蓝BO脱色的几个影响因素:pH值、硫酸铝钾用量、十二烷基硫酸钠用量、气浮时间;对比了混凝沉淀和混凝气浮对还原深蓝BO的脱色处理效果。结果表明:pH值对混凝气浮处理效果影响最大,硫酸铝钾用量、十二烷基硫酸钠用量及气浮时间对混凝气浮处理效果有一定影响;当pH值为5.00、硫酸铝钾用量为556mg/L、十二烷基硫酸钠用量为20mg/L、气浮时间为5min时,还原深蓝BO混凝气浮的色度和吸光度去除率分别为99.4%和85.44%;气浮对还原深蓝BO的进一步去除有一定作用。

Abstract:Some factors which affect the treatment of vat dark blue BO by coagulation and air-flotation were studied including pH,dosage of aluminum potassium of sulfate,dosage of sodium dodecyl sulfate and air-flotation time.The decoloration efficiency of coagulation-sedimentation and coagulation-air flotation were compared,results showed pH has the most effect on the treatment efficiency by coagulation air-flotation while the dosage of aluminum potassium of sulfate,dosage of sodium dodecyl sulfate and air-flotation ...
