摘    要:论述了采用调节池—平流式隔油池—斜板式隔油池—一级混凝气浮池—二级混凝气浮池相串联的高效物化处理工艺处理炼油废水的结构特点和运转方法。该套处理工艺不仅具有投资少、能耗少的优点 ,而且处理后废水能达标排放和具有良好的可生化性 ,为远期该厂废水的深度处理和回用创造了良好的条件

Abstract:This paper presents a wastewater treatment process consisting of equalization tank, two stage separators (a horizontal and a inclined plates), and two stage coagulation/air floatation in series specially designed for a medium sized oil refinery in Liaohe Oil Field. Operation of the treatment system that has been constructed based on the design showed that the treated effluents could conform to the state wastewater emission standard. Other advantages are also mentioned such as low costs in terms of building as well as operation and maintenance.
