| 摘 要： | 癌症已成为严重威胁人类生命与健康的疾病之一，所以，有关恶性肿瘤的病因、发病机理及预防措施等的研究一直受到世界各国的重视；而在肿瘤的病因学研究中发现，由环境因素导致的肿瘤占９０％以上，因此，环境致癌物的致癌机理研究一直是人们研究的热点，本文对环境致癌物的种类、致癌作用及机理等进行了综合评述。

| Abstract: | Cancers have become a kind of the diseases which are seriously imperilling people' s health. Therefore.great attention has been paid to the studies on etiology, mechanisms and preventive methods of cancers. It is believed that about more than 90% of tumors are caused by environmental carcinogens. This paper summarizes the categories, carcinogenesis and mechanisms (espocially the activation of oncogenes and inactivation of tumor suppressor genes)of the environmental carcinogens. |
