| 摘 要： | 目前，国内外对林地外部效应评估的研究十分缺乏。此项研究不但有利于建立森林环境资源产业，完善国民经济核算体系，而且为合理确定林地资源效益补偿标准提供依据，并促进广义的森林环境资源市场体系的建立和林地资源的最佳配置。

| Abstract: | It was very lack to research external effect of woodland appraisement at the moment.The research was beneficial to building industry of forest environment and resources,improving the system of national accounts,providing the theoretical basis for rationally defining compensation standard.The research also brought about a great advance in building the market system of forest environment,resources and distributing woodland resources. |
