摘    要:在实验室常温条件下 ,测定了蓝尾石龙子禁食雄体、喂食雄体、繁殖雌体及非繁殖雌体去尾躯干、尾、肝脏和腹脂肪体内的脂肪储存量 .结果是 :喂食雄体各储能部位脂肪能量显著高于禁食雄体 ,其中 ,腹脂肪体和尾脂肪能量差异尤为显著 ,喂食雄体腹脂肪体和尾脂肪储存量分别为禁食雄体的 11.4倍和 6 .4倍 ;非繁殖雌体各储能部位能量显著高于繁殖雌体 ,差异最大的部位是腹脂肪体和尾 ,非繁殖雌体腹脂肪体和尾贮存脂肪分别为繁殖雌体的 5 .5倍和3.3倍 .这些结果表明 :尾和腹脂肪体是蓝尾石龙子的主要储能部位 ;食物条件能显著影响体内能量储存量 ;尾和腹脂肪体内储存能量对雌体繁殖具有重要作用 .图 2表 2参 2 0

EFFECTS OF FOOD AND REPRODUCTION ON ENERGY STORAGE IN BLUE-TAILED SKINK,EUMECES ELEGANS
Abstract:In the laboratory the lipid contents in tail free body, tail, liver and fat bodies of fasting and feeding males, reproductive and non reproductive females were measured to determine the effects of food and reproduction on energy storage in blue tailed skink, Eumeces elegans . Feeding males had more lipid energy than fasting males in each energy reserving organs mentioned above, and the between group differences in lipid energy of tail and fat bodies were more evident than these tail free carcass and liver. Lipid energy in fat bodies of feeding males was 11.4 times as much as that of fasting males, while lipid energy in tail of feeding males was 6.4 times as much as that of fasting males. Compared with reproductive females, non reproductive females stored more lipid energy in their bodies. Of all energy reserves, fat bodies and tail were characterized by extremely big between group differences in lipid energy. Fat bodies and tail of non productive females had 5.5 times and 3.3 times lipid energy respectively as much as those of productive females. Our results indicate that (1) tail and fat bodies are the major energy reserving organs in blue tailed skink; (2) food condition can significantly affect energy storage of the skink; (3) energy stored in tail and fat bodies plays an important role in female reproduction.
