摘    要:文章提出了一个高灵敏度分光光度测定砷的新方法。其原理是基于在阿拉伯树胶和吐温20混合胶束存在下,砷能与锑钼杂多酸、甲基紫定量形成砷锑钼杂多酸一甲基紫离子缔合物。系统研究了该显色反应的最佳显色条件。研究显示:该缔合物的最大吸收波长为555nm,在室温下可稳定10min,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.87×104L/(mol·cm),在0.1μg/mL~1.0μg/mL,1.5μg/mL~3.5μg/mL范围内遵守比耳定律,检出限为0.04μg/mL。该方法使用仪器简单、操作方便,无需加热,室温下可直接用于分析测定水样及牛黄解毒片中的砷含量,结果满意。

Abstract:A high sensitive method of spectrophotometric determination of arsenic was discussed,whose principle was a complex ion fixed quantified by arseno,antimonomolybedenum and methyl violet with Arabian gum and Tween-20.The best condition of chromogenic reaction was studied.Results showed that the most absorbing wavelength of the complex ion was 555nm.It can be existed steadily for 10min at room temperature,with apparent molar absorptivity of 5.87×104L/(mol·cm).Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.1~1.0μg/mL and 1.5~3.5μg/mL for arsenic and limit detection was 0.04μg/mL.The method which was sensitive,simple and rapid had been well applied to determine the arsenic in water and tablet of bezoar detoxification without heating.
