| Abstract: | The software is to conduct the functions of entry, search, and calculate the information of the environmental protection personnel. The paper is started with the analysis on the user needs, and focused on the design and implementations of the software important parts. With the reasonable design, the software will provide the effective technological support to the manage- ment work of the environmental protection personnel. |
