| 摘 要： | 通过对秦皇岛市48个居住小区的生态建设情况进行调查，分析了目前秦皇岛市居住小区的生态建设现状。结果显示：居住小区生活舒适度在不断提高；节能意识不断增强；生态低能耗节能材料的使用在逐渐增加。基于此，提出了加强典型生态居住小区的示范、提高居民生态意识、以人为本进行小区规划的秦皇岛市建设生态型居住小区的发展和规划建议，以期为生态型居住小区的建设提供科学参考。

| Abstract: | The status of ecological construction of 48 residential areas in Qinghuangdao city was investigated. The results show that the residential comfort degree is improving, residents＆#39; ecological and energy-saving consciousness is enhanced, the use of ecological low energy consumption mat-erial is gradually increased. On this basis, the suggestions on the development and plan of ecological area are given： strengthening the demonstration role of typical eco-community, impro-ving residents＆#39; eco-consciousness, planning the community with people-oriented principle, so as to provide references for constructing eco-community. |
