热真空设备中与温度相关的试验技术探讨

Discussion of the Temperature Related Test Technology in Thermal Vacuum Equipment

Taking the RZHM 1400-AB thermal vacuum test box as an example, this paper describes the main working principle of the equipment. And emphasize its temperature transfer mode and the importance of the temperature parameters in thermal vacuum test of aerospace products. Based on countless test data, this paper demonstrates what type of temperature sensor could match with the actual equipment, and what kind of appearance of the temperature sensor is the best temperature measuring tool as well. Moreover, a further introduction of several methods in thermal vacuum test using these temperature sensors is offered in order to reduce unnecessary human measurement errors.
