摘    要:在前人研究的基础上,提出了计算单站旱涝指标和区域旱涝指标的方法。并根据1951~1996年各月降水资料,对华北地区和长江流域地区的旱涝进行了计算和分析,取得了较好的结果。

Abstract:The system of drought flood monitoring and early warning analysis is programmed with the languages of FORTRAN 77, Borland C and Foxpro, in which software structure is reasonable. All functions are controlled by pull down and pop-up Chinese menu. The operational interface is friendly and convenient. Databases, including basic climate data, drought flood indices and disasters, are set up. The main functions of this system are: receiving real time meteorological data, collecting and retrieving drought flood information, analyzing figures and tabling. The system can make real time and effective monitoring of the occurrence and development of drought and flood, play an important role in providing a scientific basis for the government to make measures of preventing drought flood disasters and have achieved a success.
