| 摘 要： | 房地产建设项目环境影响评价大都没有考虑周边环境对房地产的影响、环境对人体健康的影响以及房地产项目本身的小环境对人体健康的影响.坚持“以人为本”的理念,在系统分析和阐述房地产建设项目环境影响的基础上,提出了具体的环境保护对策,为环保部门提供决策依据,避免产生新的环境污染.

| Abstract: | The environment effect assessment of real estate exploitation item didn't considered its influence on the peripheral environment and people's health as well as the influence comes from real estate itself microenvironment on people's health.By persisting the idea of humanist,the concrete countermeasures of environmental protection were provided on the basis of analyzing the environmental impact of real estate projects.And the policy-making basis was provided for the environmental protection department to avoid producing the new environmental pollution. |
