本文介绍了测定挥发酚过程中加蒸馏水顺序、预蒸馏时的pH值、预蒸馏前试剂加入顺序、显色时试剂加入顺序、显色剂纯度、显色时间等因素对挥发酚测定的影响。实验结果表明预蒸馏时的pH值、试剂加入顺序、显色剂纯度、显色时间对测定结果都有一定影响。控制好上述条件才能获得较准确的结果。

Factors Affecting Determination of Volatile Phenols in Water Using Spectrophotometry of 4-anino-antipyrine

This paper introduces the factors affecting the determination of volatile phenol such as the order to add distilled water, pH value for pre-distillation, the order to add reagent before pre-distillation, the order to add reagent for chromogenesis, purity of coloration reagent and time lasted for coloration. The experimental results show that the factors such as pH value for pre-distillation, the order of reagents addition, the purity of coloration reagent and coloration time have a certain impacts on the determination. The conditions must be controlled well to get accurate results.
