氨氮测定方法的对比研究

摘    要:用酶法和纳氏试剂分光光度法对跌水曝池生物滤池的进、出水中的氨氮进行了测定,用数理统计中的t检验法对两种方法的测定值进行了比较,结果表明:酶法具有测定结果准确、测定成分浓度范围宽、干扰少等优点,此快速、简便的方法适用于水中氨氮的测定。

Abstract:Ammonia-nitrogen in influent and effluent of biological falling water aerated filter were determined by enzymatic determination and N-reagent spectrophotometry method.The comparisons between the two results were made by means of t test in mathematical statistics,which indicated that the enzymatic determination had advantages due to its accuracy,simplicity,rapidity,wide range of measurement and less interference,which was suitable for determining the ammonia-nitrogen in wastewater.
