| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of Reliability Enhancement Testing(RET). It summarizes the applied method of RET,and detailed RET process and profile.Then some testing results about carrying out RET were displayed and how to implement RET economically and efficiently is discussed. |
