低温A/O-MBR工艺启动试验研究

摘    要:研究了A/O-MBR工艺低温(水温在5~12℃)启动效能,结果表明,低温下A/O-MBR工艺启动迅速,活性污泥的培养驯化时间较短。启动过程中根据出水水质情况,逐渐提高负荷,运行34 d,系统对COD的去除率能达到90%以上,系统对氨氮的去除率能达到96%以上,至稳定运行后氨氮的负荷平均可达到0.419kg/(m3.d),反硝化效果系统去除率基本能稳定在60%左右。

Abstract:The hypothermic enablement effectiveness of the A/O-MBR process is approached at 5~12℃,the results indicated that at a low temperature,A/O-MBR process starts rapidly,and the culture and domestication of the activated sludge spend little time.According to the condition of yielding water quality during the enabling procedure,load was gradually increased,and it cost 34 days for the enablement operation,the COD removal rate of the system can reach 90%,and the NH3-N removal rate can be above 96%,the NH3-N load can be 0.419 kg/(m3·d) on an average when the process operates stably,system removal ratio of the denitrification effect can get to about 60% steadily.
