| 摘 要： | 运用灰色关联分析方法,分析了河北省产业结构升级及三次产业内部结构对劳动力就业的影响,揭示了河北省产业结构调整过程中存在的问题及扩大就业存在的障碍,并提出促进就业结构良性发展的建议。
