双频超声空化降解焦化废水中氨氮的研究

摘    要:采用单频超声辐照、双频超声辐照降解焦化废水中的氨氮,考察了换能器、废水初始pH值、超声波功率等因素对处理效果的影响。试验结果表明,双频超声辐照的处理效果明显优于单频超声。经双频超声辐照处理后的焦化废水,其氨氮浓度可降至50 mg/L以下,不会对后续生化过程造成影响。

Abstract:Single-frequency ultrasonic irradiation process and dual-frequency ultrasonic irradiation process were applied to remove ammonia nitrogen from coking wastewater.Factors affecting removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen such as ultrasonic transducer,wastewater initial pH value and power of ultrasonic were investigated by experiment.Experimental results showed that dual-frequency ultrasonic irradiation process has much better ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency than single-frequency ultrasonic irradiation process,and residual ammonia nitrogen could be effectively decreased to 50 mg/L by dual-frequency ultrasonic irradiation,and ammonia nitrogen of effluent has no influence on the subsequent biochemical process.
