吸附脱硫研究进展

摘    要:与传统的加氢脱硫相比,吸附脱硫反应条件温和、效果显著、经济可行,在油品深度脱硫的大趋势下逐渐成为研究热点。文章详细介绍了吸附脱硫的方法、机理、吸附剂以及吸附剂再生。根据吸附机理重点介绍了分子筛、活性炭、金属氧化物和复合金属氧化物、粘土等一系列吸附剂及其吸附性能的研究现状,并对吸附脱硫的进一步研究进行了展望。

Abstract:Compared with traditional hydrodesulfurization,adsorptive desulfurization which has mild conditions,significantly efficient and financially feasible is becoming a popular research in the trend of oil deep desulfurization.The adsorptive desulfurization method,mechanism,absorbents and absorbents regeneration were reviewed.According to adsorption mechanism,a series of adsorbents such as zeolite,activated carbon,metal oxide and composite metal oxide,clay,and research of their absorbability were introduced.Some suggestions to further research of adsorptive desulfurization were also proposed.
