| 摘 要： | 当前，环保举报工作存在举报投诉难、调查取证难、举证难、处理难和效果差等问题。为此，应强化举报中心建设，明确其管理范围，授以必要职权，加强工作人员思想和业务学习，建章立制，处理好各方面关系、进行规范化、制度化的管理。

| Abstract: | At present, there are some difficulties of reporting, investigating and collecting proof, offering testimony, treating and affecting in the working of environmental protection report. So we should pay more attention to the construction of reporting center, make sure of the working range, empower certain rights to the center and strengthen the training of the workers. We will make regulars and deal with the relationship well and carry out prior management. |
