| 摘 要： | 现实水资源问题对可持续发展构成威胁，要求建立科学的水资源宏观管理体制，确定合理的水资源再生率，通过对可持续发展的探讨，结合水资源的特性构造了水资源宏观模型，通过数值模拟研究了不同时期不同初条件下能促使水资源持续利用的水资源再生率。

| Abstract: | The statement of water resources was threatening the sustainable development of China. It urged to build a set of reasonable and .ocial macro-management system. Among the total,the determination of water resources' recovery rate was the key to make the water resources' plan-ning.It discussed the water resources in view of sustainable development and constructed the macro-model of water resources, then through datum's simulation, studied the recovery rate of wa-ter resources under the different conditions. |
