秦皇岛市海洋经济可持续发展研究

改革开放以来,秦皇岛市海洋经济快速发展,已初步形成多种产业和相对完整的海洋经济体系。然而也面临着海洋生态环境遭到破坏、海洋产业结构不合理、海洋科技发展水平较低等问题,这都制约了秦皇岛市海洋经济的可持续发展。为了实现秦皇岛市海洋经济的可持续发展,提出了加强海洋生态环境保护与建设、优化海洋经济产业结构、实施科技兴海战略等对策和建议。

Research on Sustainable Development of Marine Economy in Qinhuangdao City

Since China began to open and reform,although Qinhuangdao city has witnessed a rapid growth of marine economy,and preliminarily established several marine industries and relatively complete marine economy system.However,the development of marine economy is faced with some problems,such as serious damage to marine ecological environment,unreasonable structure of marine industry and low level of marine science and technology,which restricted sustainable development of marine economy.In order to realize the sustainable development of marine economy in the Qinhuangdao city,this article proposed several countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening marine ecological construction and environmental protection,optimizing marine economy industrial structure,and carrying out the strategy to develop marine economy through science and technology.
