摘    要:本工作采用AAS法分析中药川附子微量重金属元素。通过对连翘标准样品的分析并与ICP-AES法的结果比较,确定了分析方法的准确度。应用该法弄清了川附子炮制前后微量重金属的含量及其浓度变化情况,从而为中药的开发与国际化提供了科学依据

Abstract:This work is an analysis of micro heavy metals in a Chinese herbal medicine Fuzi of Sichuan origin by AAS The accuracy of this method is verified by analysis of the standard sample of Lianqiao and by comparison with the results of ICP-AES By applying the proposed method, before and after the preparation, the content and concentration changes of micro heavy metal elements contained in BXRadix aconiti lattera of Sichuan origin have been clear This will provide a scientific basis for further development of Chinese herbal medicine and its introduction abroad
