摘    要:研究了一株名为EB-8的产碱假单胞菌的最佳培养条件。通过实验得出,葡萄糖为良好的碳源,酵母膏+硫酸氨为良好的氮源,初始pH为6~9,摇床转速为160r/min,培养最适温度为30℃,无机盐为K2HPO4或KH2PO4,培养时间为48~56h,培养基的量为40mL。

Abstract:The optimizing culture condition of a flocculant-producing strain Pseudomonas alcacligenes named EB-8 was studied. It was found that the optimum culture conditions were glucose as carbon source,the yeast extraction + (NH4)2SO4 as nitrogen source,initial pH was 6~9,rotation speed was 160r/min,the temperature was 30℃,inorganic salts was K2HPO4 or KH2PO4,the culture time was about 48~56h and culture medium volume was 40mL.
