含油废水回用试验研究

摘    要:以含油废水二级处理水为研究对象,采用臭氧化活性炭柱+煤炭生物过滤器为深度处理工艺,主要探讨了在以煤渣为滤料的生物过滤器发生硝化和进一步降低其他污染物的作用,进行了生物挂膜试验和硝化性能试验。探讨了该系统挂膜的影响因素和过滤器挂膜成熟的标志。微生物易于附着在煤渣填料上生长,适应期约12d;用低浓度的污水挂膜时间较长,最终生物膜成熟时间约40d。

Abstract:Reaction of nitrification and reduction of pollutants in cinder bio-filter was studied by using ozone activated carbon column plus cinder bio-filter with oily wastewater as object.Experiment of bio-membrane formation and nitrification were conducted in cinder filter,and both affecting factors to bio-membrane formation and performance and indicator of maturity were also discussed.The cinder was covered by microbe after growing in 12days,and mature time of bio-membrane was 40days under condition of lower concentration of pollutant in the effluent.
