黄河水体硝化过程的模拟实验研究

摘    要:通过室内模拟自然条件下黄河水体中氨氮的硝化过程,研究黄河水体悬浮颗粒物的含量与底物浓度对硝化作用的影响.结果表明,在实验控制的泥沙含量范围内,泥沙含量愈高,驯化期愈短,硝化效率也相应愈高;而底物浓度愈高,微生物的驯化期相应加长,硝化效率则递减.平均硝化速率与含沙量存在对数相关关系(R^2=0.9755),与泥沙上吸附的氨氮量呈线性相关(R^2=0.9805),与底物浓度亦有线性相关关系(R^2=0.9668).在黄河水体模拟实验中,发现7月份水体中的硝化反应符合零级反应动力学.

Abstract:Nitrogen is one of the major pollutants in the Yellow river. Laboratory simulation experiments have been carried out to study the nitrification.The result indicate that suspended solids(SS)in the Yellow river has significant effect on nitrification,and acclimatization period of the microbe decreases with the SS content but increases with the concentration of nitrogen. The nitrification rates demonstrated a good correlation with SS content (R~(2)=0.9805) and ammonium concentration(R~(2)=0.9668).Zero order kinetics fit the nitrification process of Yellow river in July.
