餐饮废水处理技术进展

摘    要:随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,餐饮废水的排放量及其造成的危害不断加剧。针对这一趋势,介绍了当前用于餐饮废水的处理方法,其中以物理化学法、电化学法、生物法为主,分析了上述方法的特点和工艺选择的原则,并进一步提出了建议和设想。

Abstract:With the development of economy, the discharge amount of restaurant wastewater and its harm to the environment increased gradually. Toward this tendency, the main treatment technologies for restaurant wastewater at present are introduced and divided into three categories, physical chemistry, electrochemistry and biological technologies. The characteristics of these treatment technologies and the principles for choosing are analyzed. On the basis of this, suggestions and assumptions are put forward.
