| 摘 要： | 1990年2月10日江苏常熟—太仑—带发生了(Ms)5.1级地震,这次地震震级不大,烈度不高,然而却对江南民居造成普遍的损坏。本文就这一主题,分析了江南民居震灾加重的原因,并呼吁要重视江南民居抗震性能的研究;建议从行政渠道对江南民居的新建工程进行技术上的干预。

| Abstract: | A earthquake of maynitude 5.1(Ms) occurred on Feb.10,1990,in Changshu-Taicang,Jiangsu Province.The earthquake has made the many buildings damayed,though themagnitude and intensity are not high enough.The cause of the dumage aggravated on the build-ings has be analyzed in this paper. |
