费通法治理糠醛废水的研究

摘    要:利用Fe2+提高过氧化氢氧化能力的方法称为费通法,即Fe2+— H2O2法。使用费通法处理糠醛废水,可明显改善糠醛废水的可生化性。试验结果表明:当初始pH值小于3、Fe2+投加量为H2O2/Fe2+=6时,CODCr去除效果最好;双氧水投加量H2O2/CODCr值为0.5~2.0时,CODCr去除率可达到50%~75%,处理后废水的可生化性明显提高,BOD5/CODCr由0.15升至0.3以上。

Abstract:The method of improving oxidation capability of hydrogen peroxide is called Feitong method, namely the method of Fe2+— H2O2. The biochemical property of furfural waste water can be improved significantly through treatment by the method of Feitong. The result of experiment shows that the removal effect of CODCr is best provided the value of pH is lower than 3 and H2O2/Fe2+ is 6. The removal rate of CODCr is 50%~75%, provided H2O2/CODCr is 0.5~2.0. The biochemical property of waste water is improved dramatically after the treatment, the ratio of BOD5/CODCr will be increased from 0.15 to 0.3.
