| 摘 要： | 采用分层装粉,一次成形、烧结——熔渗一步完成的工艺可制取密度达7.6g/cm~3的渗铜烧结钢,研究了骨架密度,烧结——熔渗温度及熔渗剂中Sn添加剂对渗铜烧结钢性能的影响,结果表明:此工艺制取高密度,高强度铁基结构件工艺简单,周期短,成本低,而骨架密度,温度等因素对渗铜烧结钢的性能都有明显影响。

| Abstract: | This paper has discussed the forming process and the influences of the skeleton density,sinter-infiltration temperature and the content of Sn in the infiltration agent to the properties of the infiltrating Cu into sintered steel. The result has shown that the technology by which the high density and high strength sintered steel can be manufactured is simple. production period short. cost low. It is obvious that the influences of the factors mentioned above to the properties of the infiltuation material. |
