澜沧铅矿井下有毒有害气体测评与控制

摘    要:通过对井下作业点空气中CO、SO2、H2S、NO2和CO2等有毒有害气体的测定,将测定结果与进行比较,发现澜沧铅矿井下部分作业地点空气中CO、NO2和CO2浓度超过规定标准.根据分析、评价的结果,结合该矿实际情况,提出了控制井下有毒有害气体、改善井下空气质量的通风排毒等技术措施,以及防止井下有毒有害气体中毒的管理和个体防护措施.通过实施这些措施,使澜沧铅矿井下有毒有害气体得到了有效控制,其浓度达到了规定的要求.

Abstract:The present paper aims at introducing some technical measures for reducing the concentration of the toxic and hazardous gases in the Lantsang Lead Mining area. The toxic and hazardous gases, such as CO, SO 2, H 2S, NO 2 and CO 2, were measured. The author of this paper proves that the CO, NO 2 and CO 2 gas concentration in the mining wells is remarkably over the regulated safety threshold level. Comparing the measured results with the safety regulations to be taken for metal and nonmetal underground mining (GB 16424 1996), the auth or comes up with a series of technical measures to be taken in hoping to control the toxic release and enhance the human protection. The testing results and the corresponding analysis of the results concerned demonstrate remarkable improvement since the measures have been adopted. The CO, NO 2 and CO 2 concentrations come down below the threshold level in the mining areas, thus indicating the effectiveness of the measures in protecting the safety and health of underpit miners and ensuring the normal production in the area.
