摘    要:用亚硫酸钠为还原剂对硅钢含铬废水进行了试验研究.结果表明,当反应阶段和沉淀阶段溶液的PH分别控制在3~4和8~9,投加1.4倍理论量的亚硫酸钠,反应20min,沉淀2h,出水六价铬和总铬均可达到排放标准.同时还可制得重要的化工原料Cr2O3.

Abstract:The process for removing the chromium from the silicon steel plant wastewaters was studied by using sodium sulfite as reducer. The results showed that both hexavalent chromium and total chromium in the effluent were able to meet with the requirements of the national discharge standard, when the solution PH value ranges were 2~3 and 8~8.5, respectively, in the reaction and precipitation stage, 1.4 times theoretical amount of sodium sulfite, reaction time 20min and precipitation time 2h. At the same time an important resource (Cr 2O 3) was prepared.
