摘    要:方板对角拉伸试验(统称为YBT—Yoshida Buckling Test)是研究复杂钣金件成形中非均匀拉伸起皱的一种模拟试验。此文测量和分析了起皱过程,在试验的基础上探讨了板材性能、板厚和材料方向性、加载条件等因素对板材抗皱性的影响。

Abstract:The diagonal tensile test of thin square plate (YBT-Yoshida Buckling Test)is used to simulate the buckling or wrinkling phenomena of sheets Subjected to non-uniform stretching in forming process of large panels. The buckling process is measured and analysed. On the basis of experiments the effects of material properties ,thickness of sheets , Orientation of specimen and loading condition on the buckling -resistance of sheets are discussed.
