| 摘 要： | 农村生活污水处理率低、无序排放严重,已成为威胁人民身体健康、制约社会主义新农村建设进程的重要因素,在经济发达、环境脆弱的苏南地区表现尤为明显。通过运用系统分析思想,详细分析了苏南地区提高农村生活污水处理的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,然后从改进工作机制、加大投入、因地制宜选择处理方式及工艺、完善后期运营机制、加强试点建设和人才队伍建设等六个方面提出对策建议。
