摘    要:对大气总悬浮颗粒物中的苯并(a)芘进行了超声波清洗机萃取—高效液相色谱法分析测定.研究了样品的处理方法,考察了萃取过程中,萃取剂类型、萃取剂用量、萃取时间等因素对测定结果的影响,确立了最佳萃取条件.此方法简便快速,灵敏度高,分析结果令人满意

The Determination of B(a)P in Ambient Air by Ultrasonic Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Abstract:Compared with Soxhlet extraction method,the accuracy and the precision of the ultrasonic extraction method can meet the demand of the microanalysis.The results show that the average recovery is more than 85%,and the coefficient of variation is less than 10%In this paper,we discussed the best experimental condition and determined the type of extracting agent,the amount of extraction agent,the times of extraction and the time of extraction.Also,we analyzed the environmental sample by this method,the results are still satistactory.
