| Abstract: | The Algal Growth Potential Test has been an accepted standard test for measuring the bioavailability of nutrients in water bodies. A shortened seven day test has been developed, tested, and shown to have a strong correlation relationship with algal tests grown to maximum dry weight yields. The new test will save time in processing the samples and processing of test data. |
