| 摘 要： | 随着中国船舶载运危险化学品运输快速增长,危险化学品水上泄漏风险不断增加,而中国目前的化学品水上泄漏应急尚处于起步阶段。首先对苯乙烯水上泄漏事故后果进行模拟预测,分析其在水上和空气中的扩散范围,其次通过对法国Levoli Sun号苯乙烯泄漏事故和上海417苯乙烯泄漏事故调查和应急处理措施的研究,阐述了此类危险化学品水上泄漏应急应采取的措施。

| Abstract: | With the rapid increase of chemical shipment, the risk of dangerous chemical spill is more serious than before. The research of chemical spill emergency response technique is at the beginning stage. Based on the styrene spill emergency response technique of ＂Levoli Sun＂ and 417 accidents, this paper discusses the emergent response techniques to cope with this kind of dangerous chemical spill. |
