摘    要:氮污染日益严重,含氮废水处理越来越受到重视。传统生物脱氮技术存在着很多问题,微生物固定化技术可以弥补传统生物脱氮方法中的不足之处,达到高效脱氮的目的。包埋固定法是应用最广泛的一种微生物固定方法,也是国内外研究的热点之一。主要介绍了包埋固定化技术原理和常用的固定化载体,以及国内外学者对包埋固定化技术生物脱氮的研究进展情况,并针对该技术实用化提出了需要解决的问题。

Abstract:Nitrogen pollution is becoming increasingly serious, more and more attention has been attracted to nitrogenous wastewater treatment. There are many problems in traditional biological technology, microbial immobilization techniques can complement the shortage of traditional methods in the biological nitrogen deficiencies, and achieve efficient denitrification. Entrapping method is not only the most widely used immobilization method, but also one of the hot researches at home and abroad. This paper mainly describes the principles of entrapped immobilization techniques and the commonly used carrier, as well as the reaserch progress of domestic and foreign scholars on the immobilized biological denitrifieation, and proposed problems needed to be solved for the practice of this technology.
