| 摘 要： | 电力行业是中国温室气体的排放大户,在全球以排放交易为减排手段的大趋势下,电力排放将是一笔巨大的资产。在这种背景下,中国大型电力企业如何对自身的碳资产进行管理,走什么样的管理路线,会对中国大型电力企业的未来产生重大的影响。通过分析中国大型电力企业碳资产管理的可行性与必要性,碳资产管理的实施路线,2012年前的发展战略,综合分析中国大型电力企业碳资产管理近期、中期和远期的不同发展路线,以期对中国大型电力企业碳资产管理起到一定的推动作用。

| Abstract: | China＇s power industry is a large emission source of greenhouse gases. In the trend of taking emission trading as a major means of global emission reduction, electricity emissions will become a great asset. In this context, how Chinese large power enterprises to management their carbon assets and which kind of management line they chose will have significant impacts on the future of Chinese large power enterprises. By analyzing the feasibility and necessity of carbon asset management, the implementation line of the carbon asset management and Chinese large power enterprise＇ s development strategy before 2012, this paper provides comprehensive analysis of carbon asset management in short, medium and long-term to large power enterprises in China with a view to improve the carbon asset management. |
