摘    要:实验采用三维电极泡沫铜作为阴极材料,研究了脉冲电沉积法处理低浓度酸性含铅工业模拟废水的工艺条件,并对各种影响因素包括电解温度,流速,脉冲电源频率以及脉冲电源占空比进行了研究。结果表明最佳电解条件为使用脉冲电源作为供电方式,频率为1000Hz,占空比20%,峰流为1.6A,流速为22cm/s,阴阳极距接近零。铅离子去除率(回收率)可达99%,电流效率比直流电解提高50%以上。

Disposal of Lead Wastewater by Electrodeposition with Foam-Copper and Pulse Power

Abstract:This study applied three-dimensional electrode foam-copper as cathode to analyze the technological conditions for treating stimulated dilute lead ion containing industrial acidic wastewater with pulse power. Factors including temperature, flow rate, frequency of pulse and pulse duty ratio were studied. Results show that the best condition to treat wastewater containing dilute lead ions is to apply pulse power with frequency of 1000Hz, pulse duty ratio 20%, peak current 1.6A, flow rate 22em/s and electrodes distance of almost zero. On this condition, 99% of lead ions can be removed or recovered and the current efficiency with pulse power is more than 50% higher than with direct current power.
