| 摘 要： | 参照国内外比较成熟指标体系的建立方法,从环境科技基础与投入能力、环境科技产出能力和环境科技绩效三方面构建了四川省环境科技能力评估指标体系,并以全国总体发展水平为对照,对四川省环境科技能力发展状况进行了评估和比较。

| Abstract: | Based on the establishing methods of mature index system at home and abroad, this study constructs the evaluation index system of environmental scientific and technological capability of Sichuan Province, from three aspects of environment scientific and technological foundation and input capability, output capability and performance. Assessments and comparisons are made on the development situation of Sichuan environmental scientific and technological capability based on the national overall development level. |
