| 摘 要： | 电站锅炉的酸洗可以有效地清除管道内的氧化物、污垢、焊渣等,提高水汽品质和机组运行的安全性能。针对锅炉材料及酸洗中易出现的问题,提出了酸洗工作应注意清洗液选配、酸洗管路设计、酸洗关键参数控制、酸洗后废液处理及酸洗中安全事项等关键技术,可为锅炉酸洗提供技术指导,保证酸洗工作的有效性和安全性。

Key issues of pickling after the boiler overhauling |

| Abstract: | Pickling boiler pipe can effectively clear away oxides,dirt,welding slag,et al.The quality of water-steam and the operation safety of units in thermal power plants are greatly improved.Some problems appear easily in boiler materials and pickling,several key technical issues which should be paid attention to during pickling such as choice of cleaning agent,pickling pipe design,controlling of pickling key parameters,waste liquid treatment and the safety notice during pickling are proposed.It can provide technical guidance for boiler cleaning,and ensure the pickling work effectiveness and safety. |
