| 摘 要： | 燃煤电厂锅炉烟气中含有SOx和NOx,会氧化腐蚀滤料。试验研究了燃煤电厂布袋除尘器滤料断裂强力与运行时间的关系。结果表明,滤料在酸性环境中会被氧化同时断裂强力下降,但断裂强力下降后均会出现反弹,后处理工艺可提高滤料的抗氧化性能,但会降低滤料的断裂强力。 |

Experimental research on oxidation resistance of filtration medium of bag filter in power plant |

| Abstract: | The flue gas of boiler contented SOx and NOx which would caused filter material oxidation and corrosion.The relations of bag filers material breaking strength and the period of revolution change in power plant were researched.The experimental result indicated that filters material was oxidized in the acidic environment,but would bounce after the break force drops,the post-processing might enhance the oxidation resistance performance of filters material,but would reduce the breaking strength. |
