钙基物料在砖坯烧制过程中固氟特性的研究

摘    要:提出添加适量钙基物料抑制制砖中氟的逸出,对固氟机理进行了试验研究;并试验分析了钙基物料粒径、微孔结构、碱金属盐添加剂、制砖工艺对固氟性能的影响。在此基础上,进行了添加钙基物料的工业应用试验,砖存氟率由约25%增至70%以上,且对砖制品质量没有不利影响。

Abstract:To control the fluorine expulsion in brick making by adding of calcium\|based materials was put forward. The firing tests with clay blocks were undertaken to study the fluorine retention mechanism and the influences of some factors such as particle size, micro structure, alkali carbonates additive treating and the mode of firing. In addition, the addition test was carried out in a brick kiln. The results showed that fluorine remained increases from approx.25% to more than 70% and there was no adverse effect on brick quality.
