摘    要:阐述了重金属的危害,我国水环境重金属污染现状。详细介绍了水环境中重金属检测方法:原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子法、溶出伏安法、激光诱导击穿光谱法的最近应用。并对酶抑制法、免疫分析法、生物传感器等新的重金属检测方法进行了概述。

Abstract:The status of water pollution by heavy metal and the harm of heavy metal are depicted. The determination methods of heavy metal in the fresh water are demonstrated in detail involving in atomic absorption spectrometry AAS) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) and inductively coupled plasma (ICP) stripping vohammetry SV) and laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). The new analytical methods of enzyme inhibition and immunoassay and biosensor are summarized.
